IT/Computer Technician: Level 1 (Published Date: Oct 4th, 2012)

All applicants must pass a skill assessment exam.

• Strong written & verbal skills
• A knack for troubleshooting basic IT issues
• Understanding of basic networking concepts
• Virus, malware, & root kit removal experience
• Experience with Windows Server enviroment
• Understanding of basic firewall, networking & security concepts
• Familiarity with troubleshooting and installing printers and computer hardware
• Ability and willingness to lift objects over 50 lbs
• A+, Network+, CCENT, CCNA preferred
